In lesson 1 we learned that the mind is not a reliable tool to solve problems. In this lesson we will propose an alternative to thinking and decision making that will deliver better results with less effort and less stress.
Identify two areas in your life that cause you to stress or worry. Explain how you can use the no thinking techniques to make a change in your two identified areas. Techniques include: (1) Avoid complex situations, (2) Focus on simple concepts that you know are right (3) Utilize technology (4) Create a structure of good habits (5) Utilize expertise
