Teacher Course: No-Influence Mentoring

Lesson 5: Application of Individual Centered Teaching (Released on 5/20/2021)

After teaching over 2,000 college students, Dr. Jacob realized the most common issue was lack of sleep. Students didn’t know how to relax. They would lie in bed at night, thoughts racing, unable to quiet their minds because their lives had become too complex.

In this lesson, we introduce the second principle of No-Influence Mentoring, “Simplicity Structured”. The goal of this principle is to simplify how you communicate with your students so it’s easier for them to learn and grow. In parts 2 and 3 you will see how to teach students to learn without thinking.
