Watch the following video and then proceed to the Activity.

Read through the following pairs of characteristics/actions, and identify which characteristics/actions are more likely Type A (observant) and which are more likely Type C (non-observant):  

Take care of body (A or C) or Don’t take care of body (A or C)
Eat healthy food (A or C) or Eat junk food (A or C)
No Use of Profanity (A or C) or Use of Profanity (A or C)
Be Calm (A or C) or Get Angry (A or C)
Avoids Risk (A or C) or Takes Risks (A or C)
Honest (A or C) or Dishonest (A or C)
Social / Friendly (A or C) or Anti-Social (A or C)
Utilizes Expertise (A or C) / Doesn’t Utilize Expertise (A or C)

Next identify any characteristics or actions that you would like to change that would make your life more enjoyable.
